Your Privacy Controls
AtlasOne respects your privacy and gives you control over your data. You can manage your privacy preferences directly in the app.
📊 Analytics & Usage Data
You can control whether we collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app:
- Open AtlasOne app
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Toggle "Analytics" on or off
Default: Analytics is enabled to help us improve the app, but you can disable it at any time.
💬 Chat Data
Your chat conversations are stored locally on your device:
- Chat history is never uploaded to our servers
- Only conversation content is sent to AI service providers when you use chat features
- You can delete chat history at any time
- You can export your chat data from the app
🗑️ Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data:
- Delete individual chat conversations
- Delete tasks, habits, goals, and notes
- Clear all app data (in device settings)
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data
⚙️ How to Change Privacy Settings in the App
To manage your privacy preferences:
- Open the AtlasOne app on your device
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (usually in the bottom navigation or menu)
- Scroll to find "Privacy" or "Privacy Settings"
- Adjust the following settings:
- Analytics: Enable or disable anonymous usage data collection
- Data Collection: Control what data is collected
- Changes take effect immediately
Data We Don't Collect
To protect your privacy, we do NOT collect:
- ✗ Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- ✗ Location data
- ✗ Contact information from your device
- ✗ Photos or files from your device
Third-Party Services
When you use AI chat features, your messages are sent to:
- → Third-party AI Services: For AI conversation processing. These services have their own privacy policies which we recommend reviewing.
- → Self-hosted Backend: Our own secure backend service
You can choose which AI service provider to use in the app settings.
